Not much is known about the history of Germantown Lodge. It is known that the Union General that occupied Germantown, Tennessee during the Civil War refused to burn the lodge building because he too was a Mason.
Most Worshipful Jerry Lynn Hanson was a member and Past Master of Germantown Lodge #95 and was elected Grand Master in 2008 after the lodge had merged with White-Station-O. K. Houck Lodge #707.
